Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.


Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time (as of 28 March 2026). We may be expanding soon!


Shipping Times

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within a few business days after dispatch
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.


Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.


Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to postal service issues or high demand periods. If your order is significantly delayed, you can contact us via support.


Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please contact us as soon as possible.


Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us with details and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
